Veeraraghavan Inbavijayan is a highly experienced and accomplished Arbitrator. He studied at Dr. Ambedkar Govt. Law College, University of Madras and went on to practice litigation at the High Court of Madras before transitioning to whole-time arbitration practice in 2001. He has presided as a sole arbitrator and represented clients as counsel in a large number of domestic and international cases, with experience in areas such as international commercial arbitration, maritime arbitration, IPR, finance and banking disputes, and investment disputes, among others. He has been accredited as an arbitrator in HKIAC (Hong Kong), CIETAC, BAC & SHIAC (China), AIAC (Malaysia), DIAC & EMAC (Dubai), CRCICA (Egypt), SCCA (Saudi Arabia), MIAC (Maldives), KFCRI, ICADR, ICA & GIMAC (India), CIDRA & NYIAC (USA) and various other regional & national arbitration institutions. He is also the Project Adviser of the arbitration institution KFCRI and inducted as member of ICCA.
