He also has experience working with promoter controlled and family managed companies and in evolving them into board managed corporations and strong expertise in IPO advisory, managing stakeholder relationships, building professional financial team, formulating the reporting systems and best practices for the Board, assessing the governance aspects of strategic finance and management of free cash flow, diversification plans and financial aspects of corporate strategy.
