David Varghese Thomas is a litigation lawyer with over three years of experience in robust civil and criminal litigation. A graduate of Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, and an LL.M holder in Health Law from National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, David brings a well-rounded and research-backed perspective to legal practice.

He regularly appears before the courts and tribunals in Trivandrum and has also argued matters before the High Court of Kerala. His litigation practice spans a broad spectrum, including civil disputes and criminal cases, consumer complaints, insurance repudiation claims, family and matrimonial matters, and contractual enforcement. David has advised and represented a wide range of clients, from individual litigants to emerging startups and established businesses.

His commitment to social justice is evident from his advocacy before the Kerala State Human Rights Commission led to a landmark directive mandating the display of the Charter of Patient Rights in hospitals across Kerala.
